Membership in the Old City South Neighborhood Association is voluntary and available to people who live within the borders for the district as outlined here. We are NOT an HOA and have no regulatory or enforcement authority. Our simple aim is to build community.

OCSNA is focused mainly on helping people in our community by providing information and acting as a facilitator between the City of St. Augustine and the neighborhood. In addition to our semi-annual membership meetings, we have an active social calendar and hold two potluck get-togethers a year, as well as coffee meet-and-greets, wine and wander block parties, and many other social outings to help new members get to know each other and old members to keep in touch.

Annual dues are collected at the turn of the calendar year and are $20 for full members (owners) and $10 for associate members (tenants). You can apply for membership by:

— OR downloading our membership pamphlet below, filling in the application form, and mailing a check made out to “OCSNA” to Tara A. Owen, 252 Saint George St., St Augustine, FL 32084.
