CoSA OCS neighborhood mobility and parking quick fixes update from Reuben Franklin

Reuben Franklin, Mobility Program Manager, CoSA has sent us an update on the city’s progress on our neighborhood parking and mobility “quick fixes” list. As backstory, on April 2, 2017 several neighbors walked the OCS neighborhood with Reuben, pointing out mobility and parking issues here in Old City South.
